Kitchen suppliers introduced by Almost Impartial Guide to Kitchens (known as Associates) have to satisfy us that all work carried out will be to the very highest standards. In particular, we require the following:

That they understand and respect the fact that you will obtain advice, ideas and prices from at least two other companies |

That they provide clear, detailed advice plus written details of all works they are going to carry out |

Provide a comprehensive written guarantee and warranty detailing clearly the works covered by this guarantee. This document should also indicate whether some items of work or supply have varying guarantee periods and if so what those periods are |

Respond to all enquiries within 48 hours maximum- either to provide the information/brochures you have requested or a detailed quotation |

Our Contractor Matching Service is a BETA version as we build up our network of associates/contractors. Currently we are able to introduce associates/contractors in most all parts of the UK and Ireland. We are, however, very happy to receive enquiries from anywhere in the world. We will always do our best to help or introduce when we can.
