with Pilkington K Glass double-glazed sealed units throughout.
The roof featured motorised roof vents (due to their height).
The front was made with concertina type folding doors that allowed
the conservatory to open up completely to the patio. As the conservatory
and patio where sunk from the main garden special attention to
damp-roofing the conservatory external walls was required

a rear box gutter. Installation also featured a glass roof,
mahogany style wood grain (wood like) PVC-U frames and brickwork
to match that of the existing property. A very attractive
conservatory addition to an impressive property.
